Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14 calendar-day return policy - a return must be requested within that period and the item received by us no later than 28 calendar days from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that it was received – remain in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, unused and be returned at your cost.

To start a returns process, you must contact us at hello@dorsetwaxandwicks.co.uk within 14 calendar-days of the delivery date. If your return request is accepted, it will need to be returned at your cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please inform us of any damaged goods within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, and please take photos as we will need photographic evidence of any issues.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will always attempt wherever possible to replace broken items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been received and is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
